This is a full service style. Comes with hair washed, steamed, Blowout before braiding. Hair is included.

*DEPOSITS*
ALL DEPOSITS go toward your service and are NONREFUNDABLE $40 is due at the time of booking.  You will receive a FULL refund if  I have to cancel your appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, it may be transferred to another appointment within the 5-day time frame, ONCE. After that, your appointment will be voided, and you will have to make another deposit.

Due to Covid-19 , I ask that you not bring any children or extra guests to your appointment; you will not be serviced. 
 

LATE POLICY:

 

WE UNDERSTAND EMERGENCY COME UP STUFF HAPPENED WHICH IS WHY ALL CLIENTS HAVE A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. MORE THAN 10 MINUTE LATE THERE WILL BE $20 NON-NEGOTIABLE FEE CREDITED TO THE REMAINING BALANCE!
* IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE RESCHEDULE WITH A NEW DEPOSIT FOR ANOTHER AVAILABLE DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

*NO CALL, NO SHOWS = NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKING.
* AGAIN WE UNDERSTAND EMERGENCY HAPPENED WE DON”T ALWAYS HAVE 24  HOURS NOTICE HOWEVER I ASK THAT CLIENTS MUST COMMUNICATE FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS NO LESS THAN 4 HOURS PRIOR TO START OF APPOINTMENT. ANYTHING LESS WILL RESULT IN DEPOSIT BEING FORFEITED. 
Clients are able to Reschedule Once within a 3 business day window. Any appointment desires outside this window will forfeit the original deposit & will require a NEW deposit.

 

SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS:
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AN ADDITIONAL $50 AND WILL BE CREDITED TO REMAINING BALANCE UNLESS TOLD OTHERWISE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

HAIR INCLUDED SERVICES:
BEFORE BOOKING ANY SERVICES WITH HAIR PROVIDED, REACH OUT TO MAKE SURE  THAT I HAVE THE HAIR ON HAND OR THAT HAIR WILL ARRIVE IN TIME PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. Shipping Time: 5-7 Business Days
