Our Full Head Loc Repairs Service is designed to restore and rejuvenate damaged or weakened locs across your entire head. This service includes repairing thinning areas, strengthening weak spots, and addressing any breakage, ensuring each loc is reinforced for a healthier, fuller appearance. We work meticulously to blend repairs seamlessly into your existing locs, maintaining a natural look while improving durability and structure. A consultation is recommended to assess the extent of the repairs needed and to create a plan tailored to your specific loc needs.

Please review the following policies carefully before booking. These guidelines ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for both you and me. 🚨 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Disclaimer: Failing to follow these policies may result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture. 🏠 HOME-BASED SALON NOTICE The Island Girl Collection is a professional home-based salon. Please be mindful that this is a private space. For that reason: No extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced. Please arrive on time and respect the space as you would a traditional salon. The exact address will be provided after your deposit is received and your appointment is confirmed. 📍 DEPOSITS A non-refundable $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. Your deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your total service. If you cancel, the deposit is forfeited—no exceptions. Deposits are transferable one time only if you reschedule within 3 days of the original appointment. After 3 days, the deposit becomes void and a new deposit is required. If I cancel the appointment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. 👧 CHILDREN’S POLICY If a child is tender-headed, uncooperative, or unable to sit through the service, a $25 fee will be added to your total. Please make sure your child is ready before booking to avoid interruptions or incomplete services. 🚷 NO EXTRA GUESTS For safety and comfort, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced. Please arrive alone at your appointment. Failure to follow this policy may result in non-service. ⏱️ LATE POLICY We understand that life happens—that’s why a 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals 10–15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee (non-negotiable), added to your remaining balance. Arrivals after 15 minutes will result in automatic cancellation. You will need to reschedule and pay a new deposit. Repeated lateness may result in restricted booking access. ❌ CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY No-call / No-show = Permanent booking ban. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment time will result in deposit forfeiture.
