It will be applied to your total service cost. • Late Policy: Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance. Any changes made within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. • No-Show Policy: If you don’t show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay a no-show fee before booking future appointments. • Payments: The remaining balance can be paid in cash, via Cash App (with a $2 fee), or Zelle at the time of service. • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
