Our experienced locticians ensure a comfortable and efficient service, leaving your locs rejuvenated and styled just the way you like. Basic Style Options Include: • Two-Strand Twists: A classic, neat style perfect for keeping locs protected and organized. • Barrel Twists: A stylish and structured option for an elegant, sleek finish. • Simple Braids: Keeps locs neat while adding a touch of style. • Half-Up, Half-Down: Combines functionality and flair, perfect for any occasion. • Loc Ponytail: A quick, polished style that’s great for everyday wear. Add-Ons Available: • Loc Detox (ACV Rinse): $40 – A deep cleanse for your locs to remove buildup and refresh your scalp. • Hair Steam Treatment: $15 – An excellent option for added moisture and hydration during your wash. Policies for Loc Retwist Service: • Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will go toward your final balance. • Late Policy: You have a 15-minute grace period for lateness. After 15 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the loss of your deposit. • No-Show Policy: A no-show without notice will result in a forfeited deposit. Additionally, a no-show fee may be required before you can book any future appointments. • Payment Methods: The remaining balance after the deposit can be paid in cash, Zelle, or Cash App (with a $2 fee).

CANCELLATION POLICY: ◦ *NO CALL, NO SHOWS = NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM FUTURE BOOKING. ◦ * AGAIN WE UNDERSTAND EMERGENCY HAPPENED WE DON”T ALWAYS HAVE 24 HOURS NOTICE HOWEVER WE ASK THAT CLIENTS MUST COMMUNICATE FOR ALL CANCELLATIONS NO LESS THAN 6 HOURS PRIOR TO START OF APPOINTMENT. ANYTHING LESS WILL RESULT IN DEPOSIT BEING FORFEITED. Clients are able to Reschedule Once within a 10 business day window. Any appointment desires outside this window will forfeit original deposit & will require a NEW deposit. *PLEASE BE SURE TO READ EVERY SERVICE DETAIL BEFORE BOOKING TO ASSURE THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS & COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. BOOKING INCORRECTLY CAN CAUSE YOU TO FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT, APPOINTMENT AND/OR CHANCE AT RESCHEDULING.
