If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. • Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
