You will receive a FULL refund if I have to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, it may be transferred to another appointment within the 5-day time frame, ONCE. ANYTHING LESS WILL RESULT IN DEPOSIT BEING FORFEITED. Clients are able to Reschedule Once within a 10 business day window. Any appointment desires outside this window will forfeit original deposit & will require a NEW deposit. *PLEASE BE SURE TO READ EVERY SERVICE DETAIL BEFORE BOOKING TO ASSURE THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS & COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
