Service includes: • Pre-stretched hair for a smooth and seamless finish • Hair included in the service A $40 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please allow 4–6 hours for this service. Book today and get ready to slay with a sleek, low-maintenance look that’s perfect for any occasion! Policies: • Deposit: A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward the total service cost. • Late Policy: Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after that, a $10 late fee will apply. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Any changes within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. • No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay a no-show fee before booking future appointments. • Payments: The remaining balance after the deposit is payable in cash, Cash App (with a $2 fee), or Zelle at the time of service. • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Please review the following policies carefully before booking. These guidelines ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for both you and me. 🚨 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Disclaimer: Failing to follow these policies may result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture. 🏠 HOME-BASED SALON NOTICE The Island Girl Collection is a professional home-based salon. Please be mindful that this is a private space. For that reason: No extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being serviced. Please arrive on time and respect the space as you would a traditional salon. The exact address will be provided after your deposit is received and your appointment is confirmed. 📍 DEPOSITS A non-refundable $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. Your deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your total service. If you cancel, the deposit is forfeited—no exceptions. Deposits are transferable one time only if you reschedule within 3 days of the original appointment. After 3 days, the deposit becomes void and a new deposit is required. If I cancel the appointment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. 👧 CHILDREN’S POLICY If a child is tender-headed, uncooperative, or unable to sit through the service, a $25 fee will be added to your total. Please make sure your child is ready before booking to avoid interruptions or incomplete services. 🚷 NO EXTRA GUESTS For safety and comfort, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced. Please arrive alone at your appointment. Failure to follow this policy may result in non-service. ⏱️ LATE POLICY We understand that life happens—that’s why a 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals 10–15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee (non-negotiable), added to your remaining balance. Arrivals after 15 minutes will result in automatic cancellation. You will need to reschedule and pay a new deposit. Repeated lateness may result in restricted booking access. ❌ CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY No-call / No-show = Permanent booking ban. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 4 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment time will result in deposit forfeiture.
